Farewell to Dr. Martin Kristen

After more than 15 years of dedication, commitment and tireless passion, our Managing Director, Michael Kochem, bid farewell to his esteemed colleague and colleague Dr. Martin Kristen on 28.08.2024 and into his well-deserved retirement. This date marks a special moment in the history of limoss, as Dr. Kristen is leaving our company as one of its formative pioneers.

Dr. Kristen was not only a man of clear vision, but also a driving force that shaped our company and paved the way for numerous successes. His passion for market-changing innovation and unwavering commitment resonated with our customers and business partners. He was always an inspiration to all who had the privilege of working with him.

“Dear Martin, with your expertise, your dedication and your humanity, you laid the foundation for our joint successes. Your big shoes will be hard to fill, but when I look around me, I see many wonderful people who are ready to continue on this path together as a team. This is your legacy, and we will continue it in your spirit,” said Michael Kochem in his farewell speech.

To say goodbye, Dr. Kristen invited the employees to enjoy currywurst and cold drinks together in the summer heat- a final moment of socializing that reflected his solidarity with the employees. As a small farewell gift, we presented him with a large “THANK YOU”, a symbolic sign of our deep appreciation.

With many good wishes, we now let “the doctor” move on to a new phase in his life. May it bring him as much joy and fulfillment as the years he spent with us.
